  • Pet Policy – The Fusion at Rye

    At The Fusion at Rye, we welcome your furry companions and strive to provide a comfortable living environment for all residents. This pet policy outlines the rules and requirements for pet ownership within our community.

    Pet Eligibility
    Allowed pets include domestic dogs and cats. Exotic animals, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, and other non-domestic animals are not permitted. Certain aggressive breeds are restricted; please contact the leasing office for a detailed list. Pets must not exceed 30 pounds at full maturity. A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed.

    Registration & Documentation
    All pets must be registered with the leasing office prior to move-in. A recent photo and full pet details are required. Residents must provide proof of current vaccinations and compliance with local pet licensing laws. All pets must wear identification tags while on the property.

    Fees & Deposits
    A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet is required. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. A refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet will be returned at move-out pending inspection and absence of pet-related damage.

    Resident Responsibilities
    Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to roam freely or be left unattended in common areas. All dogs must be leashed when outside the apartment. Residents are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior from pets is not permitted. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the unit, common areas, or other residents' property.

    Designated Pet Areas
    Residents must use only the designated pet relief areas provided on the property. Clean-up is required at all times. Additional pet

  • Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking—including the use of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, hookahs, or any similar products—is not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes individual apartment units, common areas (e.g., lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, community centers), balconies, patios, and any shared outdoor spaces.
